It is important to note here that for some bonding with spirits will take 3 – 200 days some a bit longer. You bought a spirit, You dedicated yourself to owning a spirit. This is a lifelong commitment . There is NO HURRING!
There is no way to know. Every spirit and every keeper is different! There are some that they appear right away. There is no way to know how long or how they will show to you and each one of you are different. How they appear usually depends on how you sense spirits.. some see. some hear.. some get pictures in there heads.. some even only get glimpses. The key here is total trust that they will show when they are ready and you are ready. If you doubt and do not totally believe with all your heart they know this and it will make them not trust you therefore your bond will take longer and may not come at all if you doubt.
If you bought a spirit with a binding and no vessel feel free to read the front page. YOU will still need to form a relationship. You will need to bond by forming a friendship. Talk daily.
To welcome your spirit.. light a candle, incense, or just simply talk.
The more you do the better but limit it.
Some see , some feel, some gear. Each spirits will respond differently to each person just as each person responds differently to each other!
The most important thing is no matter what spirit you bought and how you bought it the most important thing to do is hold the vessel 10 minutes daily and talk. Feel. This does not have to be talking out loud.
That being said.. their is no way to force a spirit to show. If you do that you are breaking all of their trust. The ONLY Way to form a bond is your total belief and gain their trust. While on the subject. OUR spirits are higher powered spirits and and will not tolerate being ordered around.
ALL SPIRITS SHOULD BE USED BY SOMEONE WHO IS SELF DISCIPLINED. IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE AND EVEN HELP OTHERS. IT WILL HELP ANY WISH YOU WANT COME TRUE ,GOOD OR BAD SO PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE WHAT YOU USE YOUR NEW MAGICKAL GIFTS FOR. IT IS YOUR DECISION BUT WE HOPE YOU USE IT FOR ALL THINGS GOOD! TAKE INTO CONSIERATION WHAT YOUR ACTIONS WILL CAUSE. SUCH AS GETTING RID OF SOMEONE.. WILL THAT EFFECT THOSE AROUND YOU? I hope that this will help those of you who have asked how to further bond with your spirits. For information about a specific spirit please see the page. Doing the bonding rituals are nothing more than options to help you to welcome your spirit. You can just hold daily and talk. Light a candle. whatever you feel comfortable with!
Spend time with your spirit just talking. This does not have to be out loud. This can be in your head or on paper even. But listen within. You should here the answers in your head. It depends on your spirit and on your link with them. If at first you are getting nothing do not give up. It’s there. You may just need to let go to hear them or you may need to gain their trust a bit more!!!
Listen. I can not stress enough to listen to those little voices inside they are your answer. You have to put your intelligent side away and give in to your intuition. Do NOT doubt what you are hearing and feeling. Meditation can work to help you hear better. If you are going down the road and hear turn that way and you usually would not go that way, it very well could be for a reason. Listen within.
Spend 5 to 10 minutes each day just spending time with your spirit. This will be special time aside from talking ALL day. This can be morning or night. Do a ritual if you want that you know the spirit likes or try things to see what your particular spirit likes. You can see the bonding rituals if your spirit is listed to get ideas. Some like Candles ( Djinn like lavender) water faeries and merpeople like water, Gargoyles like to be up high. Use what you know about them. especially if it is an immortal deity. FIND WHAT THEY like by talking to them or reading to them.
Make an altar to them with their favorite things. Especially if this was a deity, saint, or Devata. You do not need to worship them, just show your respect and they will bring your wishes like you would not believe. We sell spirit food in the stores. We can specify it for any spirit!
Buy them a house (spirit box from me.. do not mix magick. This is especially great for those who are used to having a home. Djinn and Dragons especially do not feel good left out in the open. If you can not afford a house keep things around them that make them comfortable. Deities of the sun, like the sunlight of a window seal, The same with moon deities. Earth Faeries like the feel of the earth, plants, etc. Dragons like stones and sea glass
When you are initially bonding with them keep them in your bedroom as close to you as possible at night. It will really help the transition.
